The main recipients of loans from the NBU are banking institutions. Loans were issued for a total of seven and a half billion hryvnia with periodic amendments. In particular, Idea Bank received two tranches of a loan for a total of UAH 72 million. State "Oschadbank" and "Ukrgasbank" received donations of two billion hryvnia each for a period of more than 30 days. Private "Alfa-Bank" put on half a billion hryvnia from the NBU.

A total of 8 billion hryvnias were printed special trust bonds, which can be sold in 2018.
