If the government realizes this initiative, many residents of the country simply will not have time to go on a well-deserved rest. This opinion is shared by experts. As in the coming years Russia is facing a serious demographic crisis, the authorities are seeking a variety of options for compensating the able-bodied population, but they are unlikely to please all citizens. Head of the Center for the Settlement of Social Conflicts, Oleg Ivanov identified two ways to solve the problem - to raise the retirement age or to bring migrants to the country.

According to him, there is simply no other choice for officials, and attracting pensioners to work, in his opinion, indicates an early increase in the retirement age. In turn, the general director of the communication agency Actor Dmitry Elovsky believes that the sounded idea looks like an empty formality, since with the current pensions, older citizens are already forced to work. At the same time, in fact, the government does not even index retirees to workers. "Involvement in entrepreneurial activity and at all causes a smile. The government has done everything to discourage the desire to engage in entrepreneurship with the younger and now hopes that the old people will believe it? ", said Elovsky in a conversation with Ura. en. Until the country adopts a clear economic policy in which private business will have a clear role, such initiatives will not bring anything good. It is more likely that the idea is used for reporting. Director General of the Institute of Regional Problems Dmitry Zhuravlev and I'm sure that the return of pensioners to jobs is what they really dream about in the PFR. He explained that with such a model, Russians simply will not live to retirement. "The picture looms wonderful: the old men will die like flies at work," Zhuravlev said.. At the same time, he noted that in the regions there is a large number of unemployed people in the prime of life, who simply have nowhere to work. But the government for some reason wants to make the elderly "plow until death".

Another issue - where to employ pensioners. "Anyone can understand: you can not, for example, let an old man go to the blast furnace, it's better to immediately blow up the plant," Zhuravlev summed up.

Earlier it became known that the Ministry of Economic Development predicts a reduction in the able-bodied population by 2020 by 3.1 million people - up to 80.6 million. One of the solutions to the problem is the return to work of the elderly and disabled. It is planned that the employment of pensioners will be stimulated through vocational training and the development of a mentoring institute. For the disabled people are preparing to improve the mechanism for quoting jobs.
