The missiles are manufactured in factories by the American firm "Raytheon". The amount of the Ministry of Defense of Poland plans to be paid within two years.

According to the agreement signed in July, the deliveries of Patriot missile systems will be divided into two stages.

In the first wave, the country will receive only two complexes with 12 missiles, and then will receive complexes armed with SkyCeptor missiles three more combat anti-missile mechanisms. These military complexes were developed by Polish engineers jointly with American and Israeli specialists.
