In particular, Ukraine can now get no more than $ 177.88 million instead of $ 570.9 million, or two-thirds less than originally planned. According to the administration of the White House, spending on economic, political and even agricultural reforms in third countries does not bear Benefits to US citizens, so there is no point in allocating large sums to these items of expenditure.

On the ecology and counteraction to climate warming, Trump also does not intend to spend. And, at all it is not measured: here the budget is offered to reduce on 95%. On humanitarian programs such as helping hungry people in Africa, Washington would also like to save. The only worldwide program for which the US administration is willing to allocate significant funds is the fight against AIDS.

Analysts believe that such radical changes in the use of the "soft power" of US influence abroad can come to Washington sideways. Therefore, legislators will fight for each dollar cut.
