Ukrainians over the age of 40 can undergo Health Screening 40+ for free, even without the Diya application - through a bank and CNAP with UAH 2,000 credited to a special account. Funds may only be used for medical examinations within the program in certain institutions.

This is reported by the Ministry of Health (Ministry of Health). The program is aimed at people aged 40 years and over and provides free screening for early detection of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and mental health problems.

Screening 40+ is not a separate analysis, but a comprehensive health check in one visit. The program includes:.

The program is also available for those who do not use the Diya application. In this case, an alternative, offline participation algorithm is provided. To pass screening without Dii, you need:.

For users of the Diya application, the mechanism is as simple as possible. Upon reaching 40 years of age, each person receives an invitation to screening in the application on the 30th day after their birthday. After confirmation of participation, you must order Diya. Card or use an existing one.

Within 7 days, 2000 hryvnia is credited to the card.

It is noted that these funds have a specific purpose and can be used exclusively for passing Health Screening 40+ in medical institutions participating in the program.

About 400 medical institutions across the country - public, municipal and private - have already joined the program. Individual physicians also take part. The list of institutions is gradually expanding and will be available on a separate portal of the Ministry of Health. All stages – recording, examination results and doctor’s recommendations – are recorded in the patient’s electronic medical record.
