The payment is provided for all mothers who give birth to a child after January 1, 2026. Its size will be UAH 50,000 - this amount is one-time and does not apply to children born in 2025.

Parents of children who are under one year old as of January 1, 2026 will be entitled to a monthly benefit in the amount of UAH 7,000. For children with disabilities, an increased amount has been established - UAH 10,500 (coefficient 1.5).

After the child reaches one year and one of the parents goes to work, monthly support in the amount of 8,000 UAH is provided. For parents of children with disabilities, this amount will be UAH 12,000. The program will begin to operate in 2026, and specific amounts from 2027 will subsequently be determined annually by the law on the state budget.

Assistance to uninsured women in the amount of UAH 7,000 is being introduced. This is a one-time or short-term payment that will take effect from 2026.

After a child reaches three years of age, local authorities from 2028 will be required to make payments in the event of lack of a place in kindergarten. The amount of compensation will be determined by the law on the state budget and will approximately correspond to the amounts of the eNurse program.

It is possible to submit applications through Diya. The application can also be submitted to the representative offices of the Pension Fund. Digital submission has already been tested using the example of the “schoolchild package” program.
