As a result of the accident, a 48-year-old local resident was injured-she was hospitalized in a medical institution. On the fact of an accident with the victim, criminal proceedings were opened.

The guilty is threatened with a penalty of up to 85 thousand hryvnias or correctional labor for up to two years, or arrest for up to six months, or restriction of freedom up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles up to three years.
