According to law enforcement officers, the other day a man called on a special line of 112 and said that a neighbor threatened him with physical reprisal, aggressively behaved, broke the glass in the applicant’s car and disappeared from the scene.

" Examined the adjacent territories and found a man similar to the description of the applicant. Inspectors detained the likely hooligan and handed it over to investigators who will find out all the circumstances of this event, ”the report said.

Patrolmen noted that criminal proceedings were opened on this fact under part 1 of article 296 (hooliganism) UKU. The violator faces a fine of one 17 to 34 thousand hryvnias or probation supervision for up to five years, or restriction of freedom for the same period.
