The Azerbaijani authorities put forward such a demand during an immediate meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council.

Baku expressed hope that the OSCE Minsk Group will in fact realize the goals and plans of the Azerbaijani side and take them seriously. They also noted that they want the OSCE to demand that Yerevan withdraw its armed formations from Armenia.
