Offenses related to the cessation of economic activity on the part of officials of trading enterprises were recorded in the Osnoyansky and Shevchenko regions of the city during raids by mobile police groups.
Information on these facts by investigators is included in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations on. 1 tbsp. 325 (violation of sanitary rules and norms for the prevention of infectious diseases and mass poisoning) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
In addition, investigators continue to carry out pre-trial investigations into violations of the rules and regulations established to prevent coronavirus infection by officials of the Kharkiv City Council.
