At the moment, firefighters managed to put out a fire in the water of the East China Sea. The tanker is already completely submerged to the bottom of the sea. The television channel showed a video of a tower of high black smoke and flames that rose above the surface of the water. Recall that as a result of the accident 29 crew members disappeared, two people managed to lift to the surface in a breathless state. However, Chinese rescuers continue to search for the bodies of dead people. The ship's crew consisted of 30 Iranians and two citizens of Bangladesh.

The State Oceanic Administration of China stated that the damage caused by the tanker during the accident is now impossible to calculate, as it has not yet been possible to accurately outline the scale and range of oil leakage.
