According to preliminary information, the man quarreled with two buyers and a fight ensued, during which the man used weapons. The police patrol intervened in the course of the conflict and pursued one of the injured with a chair, but it turned out that another man was being shot, he was also detained. During the search he was seized by a traumatic gun. As a result of shooting, 31 and 49-year-old men were injured.

The patrolmen were summoned to the scene by the investigative-operative group of the Sumy police station. A man faces a criminal liability, now he is in isolation.
