According to law enforcement officers, the accident occurred about three o'clock in the morning. The 26-year-old car driver Renault Laguna hit four people who were moving in the opposite direction and disappeared from the scene.

As a result of the accident, a 15-year-old girl died on the spot from the injuries received, three more people were taken to the hospital.

During the operative-search actions, the culprit of a fatal road accident was detained.

It was preliminary established that the driver was in a state of intoxication during the arrival.

Now the pre-trial investigation is continuing.
