As reported in the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Sverdlovsk region, on the night of July 24 to July 25, 2017, Andrei Polyakov twice came to the house of a man with whom he was jointly held criminally responsible for theft. During the second visit to the house with a knife in his hands he was met and detained by police officers. Polyakov resisted, hitting the seniority of the order.
It is worth noting that previously a man required his accomplice to take the blame for theft on himself, and after refusing to threaten to kill.
Sukholozhsky city court found Polyakov guilty of committing crimes, provided for. 3 items. 30, h. 1 st. 105 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder), h. 1 st. 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the use of violence against a representative of the authorities) and sentenced him to 8 years imprisonment in a special regime correctional colony.
