The Russian occupation command has expanded the powers of the so-called "republican" punitive agencies in order to prevent manifestations of pro-Ukrainian sentiments on the eve and during the celebration of the Day of the National Flag and the Day of Independence of Ukraine. This is stated in the message of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

In particular, it is indicated in the information that all persons who cause suspicion of disloyalty to the occupation regime.

In particular, the invaders in the settlements of Novoazovsk, Sedovo and Bezymyannoye under the guise of checking the registration of local residents, registration of motor vehicles, searches of private houses are carried out in order to identify pro-Ukrainian persons and signs of preparing unauthorized activities.
