Law enforcement officers exposed the duty war criminal involved in war crimes in Buch, Kyiv region. The Russian military during the occupation of the city tried to shoot an unarmed local resident.

This was reported in the press service of the office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. The attacker threatens up to 15 years in prison or lifelong.

As the investigation established, in March 2022, an attacker, along with other Russian military during patrol of Buchi streets, noticed a local resident who went to his house.

It is noted that without any warning, they opened fire from machine guns in the direction of the man. The victim managed to run into the territory of the nearest household and disappeared into the house.

The invader went for the victims, found his cache and shot him from the machine gun.

A war criminal approached the Ukrainian, who was lying on the floor without signs of life, pushed him with his feet and concluded that the victim died. However, the Buchanets received bodily harm of moderate severity and survived.
