According to law enforcement officers, they received a message that in the Shevchenkovsky district of Kyiv in the hostel's room they discovered the body of a man without signs of life.

" After the feast, the attacker attacked his comrade and strangled him with a sheet. The police detained a 22-year-old local resident, ”the press service said.

Criminal proceedings were opened on the fact of intentional murder, and the detainee was reported to suspicion. The court chose him a measure of restraint in the form of detention.
