The Finnish defense industry actively cooperates with Ukrainian companies using the experience of war in Ukraine to create new weapons samples. One of the results of the joint work was the new Steel Eagle Er (Extnded Range) drone, which is able to apply accurate and powerful attacks on enemy manpower and technology.
According to Yle, the drone was developed by Insta, a strategic partner of the defense forces of Finland. Development has already been launched into production, and the first prototypes passed flight tests. The presentation of the novelty will take place on Wednesday during the SECD Day event in Helsinki.
