China excludes the possibility of leakage of the Covid-19 virus from the laboratory, said the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China Mao Ning, reports The Hill.

This statement is a response to the CIA message that it is inclined to the version, that the virus has spread due to laboratory leakage, and not in a natural way.

“It is extremely unlikely that the pandemic was caused by a leakage of information from the laboratory. This is widely recognized by the international community, including the scientific community, ”said Mao Nin.

The speaker added that it was to this conclusion that the joint group of experts of China and WHO during visits to Ujan.

Mao did not say where the virus comes from, but noted that any statements and conclusions should be made by scientists.

The new CIA appraisal again spent the debate by origin of Covid-19.

“Based on the available information from the reports, the CIA with low confidence assesses that the origin of the Covid-19 pandemia related to research is more likely than the natural. At the same time, the CIA continues to consider both versions, ”said the representative of the agency.

The department announced this conclusion a few days after the new CIA director John Ratcliffe took the oath. However, the CIA emphasized that the conclusion is not related to the change of leadership, since analytical work was carried out before the arrival of the new administration.
