The list of such regions includes 13 regions of Ukraine: Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizka, Kiev, Mykolayivska, Odeska, Sumska, Kharkivska, Khersonska, Chernihivska, Lugansk, Zhytomyrska, as well as the Autonomous Republic near Crimea and the place of Sevastopol.

Refugees from other regions have the right to live freely for 21 sickles, otherwise they may lose up to 20 sickles in their new home.. To apply for subsidized housing, you will need to provide documents confirming your place of residence in Ukraine.
