The State Movement Center of Latvia (VVC) issued recommendations on how to turn the historical name of Kaliningrad. To pronounce vicoristovuvaty the Latin version of the name Karalyauchi or German - Kenigsberg. Vidpovidna proposition appeared on the VVC website, write to UNN.
