On Wednesday, December 14, the Seimas of the Republic of Poland adopted a resolution recognizing Russia as a state that supports terrorism and uses terrorist measures.. This was reported on the agency's website..

The document emphasized that the Russian Federation systematically violates human rights, international law, the Charter of the United Nations and other obligations, attacks the territories of other states, commits war crimes, genocide and actions directed against economic activity, including in the energy sector..

In particular, the Polish Sejm noted that the aggressor was directly responsible for the downing of the MH17 plane in 2014 and for the plane crash in Smolensk in 2010..

They added that now Russian troops continue their “terrible and illegal” aggression against Ukraine, and thousands of people, including a large number of children, have already died from enemy shelling throughout the territory of our state..

“The Russian Federation, its armed structures and formations carry out acts of terror against civilian infrastructure, mass executions and abductions, sexual violence and torture, separate children from their families for the purpose of Russification, massively deport the population, forcibly conscript citizens of Ukraine into the Russian armed forces and plunder property. Russia has repeatedly violated the Geneva Convention on the Treatment of Prisoners of War,” the deputies said in a resolution.

Complemented.
