Ukraine received a loan from France worth 100 million euros, these funds will be used to finance priority expenses, including social and humanitarian. This is reported by the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

As emphasized in the message, the loan is provided on favorable terms: the interest rate is 1.04% per annum, and the final repayment of the loan is carried out after 15 years from the date of the loan agreement (taking into account the grace period for deferring loan repayment for more than 5 years from the date of conclusion of the loan agreement).
“We greatly appreciate the contribution of France to maintaining the stability of the financial system of Ukraine, as well as the readiness to support our state in the fight against the aggressor.
Financial assistance to Ukraine today is an investment in a peaceful future on the European continent,” said Finance Minister Sergei Mrachenko.
The total amount of direct budget support from France since February 24, 2022 is 432 million USD.
