Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko has become almost completely dependent on Russia. This was announced by the British Ministry of Defense.

"

This was a continuation of how Russia used Belarusian territory to carry out major strikes after a failed attempt to capture Kyiv in February..

The British Ministry of Defense notes that Lukashenko continues to adhere to Moscow's line in the war against Ukraine, saying on July 21 that Kyiv must accept Russia's demands to end the war.

“His regime has become increasingly authoritarian with the introduction of the death penalty for “preparing terrorist acts”. His increasingly frequent and baseless accusations of Western designs on Belarus and Ukraine likely indicate that he has become almost completely dependent on Russia,” British intelligence analysts say..

The Kremlin decided that the Belarusian military should take a direct part in the war. Lukashenka is trying to refrain from this step. But the room for maneuver is limited.
