Wars, conflicts, violence and famine have caused an unprecedented wave of migration around the world. More than 100 million people are forced to flee from the threat of their lives, and the war in Ukraine has only exacerbated an already difficult situation.. An unprecedented increase in refugees is reported by CNN, citing the UN Refugee Agency.

“The number of people forced to flee conflict, violence, human rights violations and persecution has crossed the staggering 100 million mark for the first time on record, fueled by the war in Ukraine and other deadly conflicts,” UNHCR said in a statement.. "

These figures make us think about global security in the world.. The need to take all possible measures to prevent armed conflicts and violation of human rights now faces every state.

War in Ukraine triggered mass displacement of more than 14 million people, 6 of whom left the country. UNHCR says turbulent events in Ethiopia, Burkina Faso, Myanmar, Nigeria, Afghanistan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo have also affected the world record.

Ukrainian refugees are welcomed in many countries of Europe and the world, but sometimes they have to face extremely difficult conditions. Thus, internally displaced persons in the Czech Republic may be deprived of the opportunity to receive cash subsidies.
