Bill Clinton and George W. Bush supported Ukraine together

Two former US presidents - Democrat Bill Clinton and Republican George W. Bush - expressed support for Ukraine in the war unleashed by Russia. Bush and Clinton visit Ukrainian church in Chicago, Voice of America reports.

Blue and yellow ribbons were pinned to the lapels of both presidents' jackets.. Bush and Clinton laid bouquets of sunflowers in front of the Greek Catholic Church of Saints Vladimir and Olga in Chicago.

“America is united with the people of Ukraine in their struggle for freedom and against oppression,” Clinton said in a video description of the visit, posted on his Twitter..



Bush and Clinton initiative aims to demonstrate US solidarity with the people of Ukraine after Russia unleashed a war against its neighbor.
