US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken believes that the solution to the problem in eastern Ukraine would be the fulfillment of the terms of the Minsk agreements, which he said in an interview with the Latvian TV channel LTV.

" Russians say Minsk agreements must be implemented. Ukrainians say the same. I think that if this happened, it would at least solve the problem of Donbass in eastern Ukraine, "

Blinken noted that before meeting in Sweden (Stockholm) with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, he consulted a lot with allies, as well as with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

"

“I think I can reflect not only the point of view of the United States, but also the point of view of all NATO allies (. ) that if Russia continues its aggression against Ukraine, it will have serious consequences, "
