In the state of Mexico City near the city of Santa Ines, there was a head-on collision between a truck and a passenger bus. Presumably the cause of the accident was the failure of the brakes at the truck.

After the collision, both vehicles fell into a ravine, bus passengers had to get out from under the wreckage of the bus and truck. The number of deaths is 11 people, but it is most likely not the final one. There are also 12 wounded, among whom there are also children. Injuries to people of varying severity. All of them are hospitalized, it's too early to talk about any forecasts.

The complex terrain is one of the reasons why even a simple collision of vehicles turns into a catastrophe. In August 2017, a similar collision between a bus and a truck killed 11 people, injured 15. Then the bus after the collision flew into the 100-meter gorge.

In April 2014, after a truck collided with a bus, 36 passengers were killed burning off from a collision bus.

In March 2009, such an accident claimed 10 victims, injured 19 people.
