In Mexico, the coast threw fifty dolphins

During the rescue operation it was possible to save from death more than 30 animals. The cause of the incident is called an attack from another species of dolphins. On the shore of the Mexican state of Southern Baja California, 54 dolphins immediately threw themselves out, the Environmental Prosecutor's Office said on Wednesday, February 14. According to the department, as a result of the rescue operation, 33 marine mammals were rescued, however 21 dolphins were killed.

After examining the carcasses of animals specialists came to the conclusion that they were thrown to the shore by an attack from another species of dolphins. On the dead mammals there were traces of wounds inflicted by hostile relatives. Dozens of dead dolphins were found ashore in the Odessa region. It was previously reported that about 200 dolphins were thrown ashore on the coast of the South Island of New Zealand.
