Currently, only the first stage of the improvement of part of Rakhiv street has been completed, in subsequent years the Saratov administration plans to equip the street completely. The customers of the design project were AHML and KB Strelka under the priority project of the Ministry of Construction of Russia "Creating a comfortable urban environment", and the developers - the Saratov architectural bureau SNOU Project and the institute "Saratovgrazhdanproekt". The design project was a procedure of public hearings, during the discussion of the project the proposals of the residents of Saratov. Works on improvement were carried out by LLC "Volgadorstroy".
