Owners of emergency housing in the Moscow region were returned 16.9 million rubles for previously paid contributions for the overhaul of houses. According to the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the region Yevgeny Khromushin, from the overhaul program houses were excluded that have a high degree of wear and are unfit for living. Total residents have to return 36.9 million rubles. The minister added that the repayment of money can be made only upon the application of residents. Earlier on Wednesday, Evgeny Khromushin said that more than 44,000 apartment buildings in the Moscow region were included in the program of major repairs, calculated until 2038. At the same time, up to the end of the year about three thousand objects will be landscaped in the region.
