There are no legal instruments capable of forcing Russia to turn off aggression, but there are political.

This in an interview with the "Observer" said the Russian lawyer Nikolai Polozov.

"There are no legal instruments, there are political. This is primarily sanctions. At the moment nothing is more effective than sanctions, unfortunately, it is not worked out, "- said Polozov.

According to him, for those judgments that will be taken by international authorities in the future, the most effective measure will be political influence based on legal decisions.

As reported by the "Observer", the UN Court in The Hague confirmed the obligations of Russia.
