US President Donald Trump claims that he has a higher approval rating compared to that of his predecessor, Barack Obama. However, this information is not true.
This is reported by Time.
So, Trump in his Twitter on June 18 published a post in which he said that his rating is higher than that of Obama by 50%.
However, the situation is different. On June 16, the daily "Presidential Tracking" poll at Rasmussen Reports showed Trump a rating of 50%.
For the first time, the president has reached this level since April 2017, the publication says.
But on June 16, 2009, then-President Obama received an approval rating of 56% within the same survey. And on June 18, 2009, Obama had an approval rating of 55%, noted in the article.
As reported by the "Observer", in the US counted 58 false statements of Trump during the pre-election debate.
