In Nizhny Novgorod, a concerted rally against corruption was held, organized by local supporters of A. Bulk. Thank God, passed without excesses.
As promised, I publish a brief and, of course, subjective, account of what I saw with my own eyes. Unfortunately, without photos, since after two general plans the old battery has sat down. So, it's better to search for photos from Petr Blinov (Petr Blinov): he has a better technique, and he runs faster. Well, and Alexander Tserov.
Impressions, I must say, contradictory.
On the one hand, according to volunteer counters, the total number of people who have passed through police slingshots is about 4,400. This is about 11 times more than I predicted, and this is just where I'm happy with my mistake. Although, according to the feeling, after the event came out of the "pen" (I was standing near the police "slingshot" and saw everyone going out) in the amount of about 2 thousand. People. , But I can not say.
According to my subjective estimates, approximately 40-45% of participants are boys and girls from 16 to 20 years old. There was a very small number and younger, 13 - 15 years old, and even single children from 8 to 12 years old, some of them happily carrying flags and banners.
If you take the age range of 16-25 years, then I would rate his percentages at 60, and if 16-30 years, then 75-80%. Another percentage of 15-20 I would take for 30-40-year-olds, and over 40 years - no more than 5-10%. And it's good that many young people have come: this means that they have at least a vague, not fully realized, but still dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs. Or at least some inconvenience is experienced and came to somehow denote it. That is, not very active on them TV.
In the social context - of course, this is the intelligentsia, students from families of intellectuals and students. Representatives of other social strata were literally read units.
And on the other hand - "I looked at their faces" (c).
It was painful not to match the tusovo-cheerful, carefree expression of the faces of the overwhelming majority of the young generation to the theme of the rally - a protest against the monstrously insolent corruption in the state.
And, alas, it was not possible for me, no matter how closely I looked at the faces of those leaving the rally, to see even the signs of determination to fight for the ideals of this rally, even for the older generation.
But it was very good to see the expression of the faces of "law enforcers" in clean dress uniforms with considerable stars on epaulets: arrogantly disdainful, contemptuous, contemptuous.
