In India, the goat ate a bundle of money that the farmer prepared to buy bricks. This is reported by the publication Hindustan Times. The incident occurred on Monday in the village of Siloupour, Uttar Pradesh. Farmer Sarvesh Kumar Pal (Sarvesh Kumar Pal) locked himself in the bathroom and left behind the door trousers, in the pocket of which lay 66 thousand rupees (about 1025 dollars). While he was washing, his clothes were found by a hungry goat.
By the time Pal was out, the animal had managed to destroy 29 denominations worth two thousand rupees. Only two banknotes survived, but they were badly damaged. The damage caused by the goat to its owner amounted to 62 thousand rupees (about 960 dollars).
