He specified that the dissatisfaction of the fraudsters was caused by the fact that "the tourists who arrived for the treatment of the child did not go to the sharaga, but went to this same hospital". According to the blogger, who himself has repeatedly visited Hainan, charlatans are actively working there, cashing in on the desire of foreign tourists, primarily from Russia, to undergo treatment in state clinics - the hospital of TCM and the 301st Military Hospital. The criminal scheme, according to the public figure, operates as follows. Meetings of Russian guides, allegedly representing medical institutions, massively mislead tourists. They either issue false clinics where patients are brought, for "branches" of state hospitals, or even, when they are called to become an interpreter during the initial consultation in state hospitals, knowingly misinterpret the doctors' words that patients are denied treatment, and immediately invite them to travel to Institutions that do not have licenses and are outside the legal field.

As noted by Kolyasnikov, the language barrier, in particular its medical direction, has been and remains the main obstacle to treatment in China, and therefore it is unacceptable for scammers to have professional translators working for the state clinics who work not for criminals, but for the benefit of patients. On the facts of threats an application was submitted to the police of the city of Sanya. Kolyasnikov, for his part, sent an appeal to the presidential administration, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Russian Foreign Ministry and the consulate in Guangzhou.
