Regarding the fact that the Kremlin has to do with acts of terrorism that were committed in Britain, France or, for example, in Belgium, there is no evidence at all. If the Kremlin were involved in these acts of terrorism, then the European Union would have long ago presented to the public the evidence of such a connection. And if he does not represent, then obviously they are not.

Traditionally, all terrorist acts that are committed in the European Union are connected with the Islamic state, jihadists. In general, the root of the evil of such attacks lies in the Middle East.

Why has the escalation recently begun? This is largely due to the position of the UK, which consistently and clearly supports the US in the fight against IGIL. Britain - the most reliable ally of the United States in this regard. Naturally, the radical forces in the Middle East do not take this position and avenge both Britain and the European Union as a whole for their support of the United States and their participation in the fight against IGIL.

Last but not least, all this is due to a wide network of terrorists and various organizations that exist in the European Union. And then the EU law enforcement system gives constant failures. A system of warning and detection of potentially dangerous objects in the early stages may exist, but it does not work efficiently.

On the example of Great Britain it is clearly visible. All persons who committed terrorist attacks were in principle known to special services, but very little attention was paid to them.

From the point of view of the consequences, of course they will be serious, both the UK and the European Union will toughen measures against migrants. And this will not stop either the UK or other EU countries from participating in the fight against radical Islamists in the Middle East.
