- I want to address the United States. France believes in you. The whole world believes in you. I believe that you are a great nation, that the United States was created as the triumph of Freedom, faith and common sense against ignorance and darkness.

But do not make a mistake.. In terms of climate there is no plan "B", as there is no planet "B". Therefore, we will continue the struggle.

I appeal to all scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs and indifferent citizens, who were disappointed by the decision of the President of the United States. I want to tell you the following: you will find a second home in France.

I invite you to come here and work with us, to find concrete solutions to the problem of climate change.
