As a result of the terrorist act, the responsibility for which was assumed by the terrorist group "Islamic state", many structures near the scene were damaged - in buildings within a radius of hundreds of meters from the epicenter of the explosion windows and doors were knocked out.

The death toll in the explosion, according to media reports, reached 90 people, another 380 were injured.

According to preliminary data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Afghanistan, the bomb was planted in a tanker truck to transport water.

Local authorities have already called this explosion the most massive terrorist attack that ever occurred in the capital of Afghanistan.
