While Donald Trump will be president of the US, the White House will not take any strategic decisions.

The corresponding opinion in the blog for the "Left Bank" was expressed by journalist Vitaly Portnikov.

The journalist came to similar conclusions, having analyzed Trump's behavior during the first overseas tour as US president.

In particular, Portnikov noted that the American leader can not concentrate on anything for more than four minutes, after which he translates the conversation on another topic. Such a "rule of four minutes" will act in the policy of Trump.

"What the president will be able to understand in four minutes and will be the basis for the decision ...
