Volgograd student Maxim Beldinov was sentenced to one and a half years probation for part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("The use of violence not dangerous for life against a representative of the authorities"),. This is reported by "Open Russia" with reference to the lawyer Roman Zaitsev. According to investigators, during the anti-corruption rally the convict did not like the actions of the policeman and he hit him with his foot. A 23-year-old student was detained, and later released under a written undertaking not to leave the place. According to Beldinov, he kicked a policeman, because he allegedly committed "atrocities". However, during the trial the student repented of the deed.

On May 24, carpenter Alexander Shpakov, who participated in an anti-corruption rally on March 26 in Moscow, was sentenced to a year and a half in a general regime colony in the case of violence against a government official. On May 18, on the "March 26 case", the first sentence was pronounced - by the eight months of imprisonment, the actor Yuri Kuliy was sentenced.
