Deputies of "Fair Russia" have submitted to the State Duma a draft law on measures of state assistance to diabetics. The document is published on the website of the lower house of parliament. The bill contains definitions of various types of diabetes mellitus, and also refers to specific measures that are included in the concept of medical and social protection and care for the sick.
