The Office will be able to seize land plots and real estate objects located on them for state needs. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree that gives the FSB the right to seize land plots and property for state needs located on them. The relevant decree is published on the website of the legal information of the Russian Federation. The text of the document says that the FSB "takes within its authority decisions on the seizure of land and (or) located on them real property for the state needs of the Russian Federation". It is noted that in order to implement the decree, the FSB can only employ employees already working in state bodies and use only the federal budget, without additional funding. Recall that in the winter Putin signed a law regulating the use of physical force, special equipment and firearms on prisoners.
