The International Criminal Court in The Hague sent a statement in which the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov was accused of genocide in connection with the scandal related to the persecution of gays.

The application was submitted by three French LGBT associations: "Stop homophobie", "Mousse" and "Comite Idaho France", writes Le Monde.

The lawyer of these associations called Kadyrov "logist of genocide", who is involved in the extermination of homosexuals.

"We receive new alarming signals from Chechnya every day," said Comite Idaho France President Alexander Marcel.

He added that Kadyrov's policy towards LGBT representatives is "Nazi".

As reported by the "Observer", the scandalous French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo published an indecent caricature of Kadyrov over gays.
