She told journalists about this at the Beijing airport, the South Korean agency Yonhap reports on Saturday, May 13. According to the diplomat, the People's Republic "will hold a dialogue under suitable conditions". As noted, Cho Son Hee returned to Pyongyang from the Norwegian capital Oslo, where, along with the North Korean delegation, met with a group of American experts. On May 12, Pyongyang asked the countries of the world not to apply sanctions imposed by the UN Security Council against it.
