The politician commented on the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Pavel Klimkin.

"For Russia to agree on Ukraine is to ensure that the US does not interfere in the zone of economic, political interests of the Russian Federation. So it is formulated by Lavrov, Putin. In fact, Lavrov did this. According to Borovoy, Russia's task is to block as much as possible any attempts to solve the problem of Ukraine.

As Borovoy notes, the Donbass for Americans is not a strategic region, but a headache, so if some stabilization is possible, then thanks to the efforts of European leaders and Ukraine itself.
