Party Emmanuel Macron "Forward" is experiencing a shortage of candidates on the eve of parliamentary elections. The political movement of the newly elected president promised to grant candidates by May 11 to all 577 constituencies. However, a few hours before the announcement in the party recognized that while they have 450 approved candidates, writes The Guardian.

The party justifies the delay by a huge influx of candidates at the last moment, such as former Prime Minister Manuel Valls. Waltz said he wanted to run for president, but in the party he was warned that he could not miss the selection process. In this case, Waltz himself, like many others who wish to join the power of Macron, is still formally in another party.
