The victory of Emmanuel Macron in the presidential elections in France did not complete the period of political instability in the country, since the French president can effectively manage the country only if there is a majority in the parliament. Without him, he is forced to appoint a prime minister from opponents who control the parliamentary majority, and then it is the prime minister who receives the majority of powers to carry out his program. About this in his article for ZN. UA writes the expert of the fund "Maidan of Foreign Affairs" Alexei Kuropatik.

The author notes that the Macro party "Forward!" Is not a full-fledged party at all and is not represented in the parliament, in which for the majority it is necessary to have at least 289 mandates. All Macron's hope is for mass defectors from other parties, since an organizationally weak party to win elections in 500 electoral districts is technically questionable.

The electoral law for the National Assembly provides for a second round of constituencies for all candidates with 12.5% ??if no one gets 50% in the first round, which makes the outcome of the current parliamentary elections almost unpredictable.

"Therefore, if we bear in mind that in September elections for the Senate will take place, we can agree with the thesis: the presidential elections did not complete the political crisis in France, but, on the contrary, everything is just beginning," writes Kuropyatnik.
