Company Ilona Mask SpaceX commissioned by the US Intelligence Agency, which is the operator of spy satellites, today launched into orbit a spacecraft under the provisional name NROL-76. Sputnik-spy delivered to orbiting carrier Falcon 9.

Thus, SpaceX for the first time in its history produced a military launch. The first stage of the rocket successfully returned to Earth after launch.

A month ago, SpaceX was the first to launch a space launch of the Falcon 9 launch vehicle with the first stage, which was already used in one of the previous launches.

Vadim Lukashevich about the "prospects" of Russian cosmonautics:.

"On the issue of the permanent loss of our (Russian - EP)" leading "positions in cosmonautics.

On April 22, the first Chinese cargo spacecraft of the People's Republic of China "Tianzhou-1" ("Heavenly ship-1") and the orbiting station "Tiangun-2" (Heavenly Palace-2) successfully docked in orbit in automatic mode.

This is the first launch with the first automatic docking of the first Chinese cargo ship.

At the time of launch, the Chinese space truck had a mass of about 13 tons, and delivered on board the orbital station 6 tons of payloads.

For comparison, our (Russian - ЕП) automatic cargo ships "Progress" have half the mass and deliver to the station about 2 tons of payloads.

Thus, from now on all existing foreign automatic cargo ships (European, American, Japanese, and now Chinese) have significantly higher carrying capacity than ours, and besides, the American Dragon Ilona Mask is able not only to deliver cargo to orbit, but And return it from orbit to Earth.

Today we - Russia - have passed yet another milestone, this time to China.

The increased competition in the market of commercial space launches and the technological backwardness of Russia in this industry, which not only remained at the level of the 1980s, but, having lost cadres of skilled workers, engineers, technologists, scientists, significantly degraded, does not leave Russian cosmonautics any Chances of survival.

The point is not only that the launch of SpaceX is much cheaper than Russian. And it's not just that the best minds and hands have been washed out of the industry for the entire post-Soviet period, and corruption has been blossoming among the leadership, and the "split" of the allocated funding.

The point is also that the multilevel system of personnel training that was created in times of the USSR was destroyed:.

- workers, who were trained by specialized vocational schools;.

- engineers and technologists, who prepared profile universities;.

- scientific cadres of the lowest level - graduate students and candidates of science;.

- scientific cadres of the highest level - Doctors of Sciences, Corresponding Members and Academicians.

All this complex hierarchical system of reproduction of competency bearers is destroyed, corrupted, diplomas and scientific titles are devalued to the level of empty papers, and those cadres who really represent something of themselves leave Russia at the first opportunity. Examples of this more than enough.

Here is an example of "debriefing" from the recent very past - July 2013. The Roskosmos press service after investigating the causes of the crash of the Russian launch vehicle Proton with three GLONASS satellites worth 24 billion rubles announced the conclusion of the emergency commission, from which it follows that all three sensors are delivered when assembled upside down with the use of force:.

"As a result of the studies carried out by the commission, it was established that on the interface surfaces of three of the six instruments there are characteristic traces of force, similar to the tracks that appeared after the experiment on abnormal installation of instruments".

Translated from the bureaucratic, this means that the sensors are just put upside down, but hammered, since the very form does not allow them to be set incorrectly.

Putinism not only led to de-industrialization of Russia, but also with a guarantee threw Russia back into a number of technologically backward countries.

That is why there is no future for Russian cosmonautics, as, indeed, in Russia itself.
