British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said that official London does not recognize the annexation of the Ukrainian Peninsula by the Russian Federation Crimea.

The corresponding statement was made at the banquet of the Lord Mayor of the City in the British capital, writes Sky News.

"We insist on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all European countries and refuse to recognize the illegal annexation of Crimea by Russia," said the head of the British Foreign Ministry.
